Nora has worked with the Retirement Planning Council since 2010. Prior to that she held various roles in Ulster Bank.

She was part of a team involved in introducing new systems to her area and the training of staff. She also has accounts experience and has completed year 1 of the Accounting Technician course. She was a team leader in the payments section dealing with payments between the banks. She represented the bank at IPSO meetings relating to payment clearing. She has a Diploma in Financial Services and also Microsoft Office Specialist Qualifications in Word, Excel and Outlook.
