Professionals in their 30s and onwards who may be at a midpoint in their career, employees who are concerned about their personal finances and career progression, Individuals who would benefit from the stability and reassurance of workplace planning and those who wish to start early and take action to ensure a comfortable and financially healthy retirement.

Course Details

The Mid-career Planning Programme is a flexible two-day in-house company course designed for organisations to offer their staff to improve employee wellbeing. As a custom programme, we schedule the course for when suits the organisation and RPC’s programme leaders and specialist speakers.

The course content and agenda can also be customised to ensure that all aspects of a workplace's needs are met.

The programme content is focused on helping individuals learn how to balance their current financial and personal commitments with their pension contributions to ensure a financially secure and healthy retirement.

By learning how to develop their career and financial trajectories, employees can benefit from no longer feeling as anxious and worried about their financial futures, leading to happier and more productive staff with a renewed sense of purpose in the workplace.

Online Offering

The custom nature of our Mid-career course means that it can be hosted for the participants either remotely or in person, based on an organisation's needs and preferences.

RPC is committed to delivering the same high standard experience in our online service as our in-person programme. Our online offering, launched in 2021 with great success, ensures that busy executives have more freedom to have a personalised one-to-one course that they can attend from the comfort of their own home or office and in their own time.

The programme can be held over Zoom or Mircrosoft Teams according to the needs of the orgnisation.
