Programme Leader

Paul Kenny

Paul Kenny spent more than 34 years in the pensions industry before being appointed as Ireland’s first Pensions Ombudsman in 2003. He retired from that position in May 2016.

Brendan Kellett

Brendan has worked in the Biopharma industry for almost 40 years, 25 years of which were in Learning & Development roles. Having worked on projects at various levels in the multinational setting, Brendan has broad experience in managing the breadth of adult learning and development activities.

A former teacher for 30 years – is now involved in mental and physical health and fitness for the over sixties. He does this through developing and encouraging various hiking and cycling activities as well as book club and genealogy research courses.

Sean Cunningham
Programme Leader

Sean Cunningham

Sean has over 30 years’ experience as a manager, trainer, facilitator and course designer in the Civil Service. During that time, Sean was on the executive, served as Chair of the International Foundation for Action Learning (IFAL) and delivered Action Learning facilitation skills training to staff of Government Departments. Since taking early retirement, Sean has delivered leadership and management courses to public servants and served as Board Member and Chair for a broad range of Civil and public service recruitment campaigns. Sean holds a BA (Hons) degree from DCU and a Professional Diploma in Further Education from Trinity College.
